Today is the D-Day when the judgement would award by 2pm today.
The last time this tribunal was setup, the mobs had gone into a frenzy and beat up every “outsider” so much so that there was immense amount of bloodshet, loss of property.
The Government machinery is already gared up according to media reports and sent out a “khaki wave”. Hope everything remains peacefull and sober.
Kindly do comment here in case of any untoward incident so that everybody takes enough precautions to avoid those hotspots.

According to Rediff – “Cauvery panel gives TN 419 tmcft, 270 to K’taka”. This is certain to foment trouble in Bangalore. We have just asked our employees to leave for home right away. We are hoping there is no trouble – but did not want to take chances.
All of you – stay safe!

According to media reports the drinking water estimate provided in 1990-1991 was about 50% of todays needs. To make matters worse the tribunal has specifically stated that ground water be used for drinking purpose ( some purpose of it ).
This means the Greater parts of Bangalore (pun intended) would HAVE water supplied ONCE in 5 days. Anyway the ground water is contaminated with Arsenic, Lead and mercury et all.
So its one gloomy situation unless the “Rythapi jana” spare a few TMC drinking water to us
